All progress takes place outside of the comfort zone. You know you are growing when you experience some discomfort. Progress is often trial and error. Consider that most multi millionaires go bankrupt on average of 3 times. Disney failed 5 times, Ford failed 3 times, the guy who wrote Chicken Soup for the soul was rejected over 100 times before he succeeded. Rejection, trial and error, postulating on how to make anything better disrupts current state which is likely to get push back. However we are called to press on, to have an action orientation to try and make this world better than how we found it.
