Help more, judge less. If you do this for a year, do you think your colleagues or family or friends will say I wish you would judge more and help less? No we all want more help and less judgment. When offering to help, don’t just say can I help you. Offer specific help which will seem more sincere and will be more related to what you have the skill, ability and time to invest in others.
